About Me

I'm a NYC-based ad tech executive focused on AI and product innovation, a working mom of three, an endurance runner, and a coach for parents of neurodivergent children.

I've has spent more than 15 years across the programmatic advertising ecosystem spanning publishers, exchanges, and DSPs, and currently working on AI-driven systems focused on automation and marketplace intelligence.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time thinking about resilience, autonomy, endurance, parenting, nervous system regulation, and how people navigate complexity under pressure. Much of that perspective comes from lived experience, balancing marathon training, raising neurodivergent children, and navigating the demands of a high-intensity career.

Stoic philosophy has also shaped my approach to both work and life, particularly the ideas of focusing on what can be controlled, adapting to adversity, and continuing to take meaningful action through uncertainty.
