About Me

I’m Nicole—runner, mom of three, full-time professional in advertising tech, and coach in training. My life is a constant balancing act, and I know firsthand what it means to push through challenges, whether it’s marathon training, parenting a neurodivergent child, or navigating the demands of a high-pressure career. I’ve learned that resilience isn’t just about enduring hardship—it’s about adapting, growing, and finding strength in adversity.

One philosophy that has shaped my approach to life and coaching is Stoicism. Its timeless clarity resonates with me—particularly the idea of focusing on what’s within our control, reframing obstacles as opportunities, and taking meaningful action despite uncertainty. This mindset fuels the way I help others build resilience and navigate their own challenges.

I bring this into my coaching, creating a structured yet empathetic space for growth. Whether you're a parent navigating the complexities of raising a neurodivergent child or someone striving to balance ambition with personal well-being, I’m here to help you develop the tools and mindset to move forward with strength and clarity.

I’m currently working toward my ICF (International Coaching Federation) certification, and I offer a space rooted in practicality, self-discipline, and the belief that resilience is built through action.
